Introduction

The websites www.Blinkmarketinghub.in & www.Blinkmarketinghub.com belongs to Blinkmarketinghub; Indian Company ("Blinkmarketinghub", "us", and "we"). These terms of use ("Agreement") set forth the legally binding terms for your use of the Site and Services. By registering for Services, you are accepting this Agreement and you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement. You may not access or use the Site or Services if you are not at least 18 years old.

1. Service

1.1 General

Blinkmarketinghub provides an online platform that helps connect and support customers who wish to purchase designs ("Customers") and designers who wish to provide such designs.

1.2 Design Project

For all projects, customers must select one winning Design Concept by a certain time specified by Blinkmarketinghub. If no winner is selected in the submission or selection round of a Project, Blinkmarketinghub will retain the Customer Advance Payment, and Customer will have no right to a refund or to use the Design Concepts.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Payment and Delivery

• Advance Payment: For Design Projects, customers are required to pay a 50% advance payment for all packages.
• Final Payment: Customers need to choose the final Logo Design and make the remaining payment at that time. Other deliverables are prepared only after full payment.
• Revisions: For complimentary services/deliverables, customers cannot request new samples or revisions until the final payment is made.

2.2 Refunds

All payments made to Blinkmarketinghub are strictly non-refundable. We strive to satisfy clients and keep dues pending until requirements are met. Refunds may only be considered if:

• The design is deemed defective by mutual agreement.
• Legally obligated or to prevent disputes.
• The transaction is found to be fraudulent.

Note: For Logo & Business Card, Logo & Brand Identity, and Advance Startup Bundles, payments are entirely non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Design Transfer Agreement

Once the project is completed and the customer has made a 100% payment, the project manager will send the Design Transfer Agreement along with the delivery files.

4. Important Disclaimers

We do not provide any warranties for Design Projects "AS IS". Blinkmarketinghub is not liable for interactions between users. We do not guarantee uninterrupted functions or error-free consultations.

Telephonic Support: Not available for international calls. Available via WhatsApp calls (+91 7439680757) between IST 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM. All calls may be recorded for quality assurance.

5. Accounts & Non-Circumvention

You must provide truthful information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. You agree not to circumvent payment methods offered by the site (e.g., paying designers outside the platform).

6. User Content & Licensing

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You grant Blinkmarketinghub an irrevocable, worldwide license to use your content for the purpose of the services. For Sold Designs, the license assignment to the Customer is set forth in the Design Transfer Agreement.

7. Indemnity & Liability

You agree to indemnify Blinkmarketinghub from any third-party claims arising from your use of the Site. Our liability is limited to the greater of INR 3000 or amounts paid in the prior 12 months.

8. General

Changes: This Agreement is subject to revision. Continued use implies acceptance.
